There’s also a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample private off-road parking and 3.5 acre grounds with a walled garden with lawn and produce, a lawn, tennis courts, goal posts, a gazebo with furniture and heaters, a hot tub, and a raised patio with sun loungers. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a non-smoking property. Please note that due to livestock at the property, pets must be kept on a lead at all times. You can find a shop in 0.9 mile and a pub in 1.1 miles. Dursley, part of the 'Cotswold Edge', is located under Stinchcombe Hill and offers views of the Severn Vale and River Severn. Dursley's 1738 Georgian Market House hosts several markets, including a popular Farmer's Market. The Cotswold Way passes through the town, which has pubs, including the Gloucestershire Real Ale Pub of the Year, shops, restaurants, an indoor pool, and a golf course. Gloucester's Victorian docklands, Cirencester, the Gateway to the Cotswolds, and Cheltenham's Georgian architecture and racecourse are all nearby. Unspoiled Cotswolds provide something for everyone.
