This single-storey barn conversion has one king-size bedroom, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available and outside there is ample off-road parking and a garden with patio and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop within 1.5 miles and a pub within 0.7 miles. Little Batts is a charming retreat to Kent.
The village and civil parish of Markbeech is located on the northern edge of Kent's High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The community has a typical country bar and a charming farm shop, so you'll have everything you need for a relaxing countryside getaway. Royal Tunbridge Wells, a popular town famed for its stunning architecture, stately residences, and surrounding beauty of delicious rolling greens, is only a few miles away.
