The living areas in this large bungalow consist of a kitchen equipped with gas range cooker with oven and microwave, a utility with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining room and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, a twin and a truckle bed which pulls out into two singles all serviced by two shower rooms and two cloakrooms. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars and a large 1 acre wrap around garden with lawn and patio with furniture. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop 0.3 miles a pub and 1 mile a beach. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - more upon request. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rosudgeon is a tiny, semirural village near the coast of Cornwall, nestled inland between Penzance and Praa Sands. Rosudgeon is perfect for walkers, beachgoers, and those interested in exploring Cornwall's rich cultural history because it is only a mile from the South West Coast Path. Rosudgeon is home to a general store and a pub serving delicious food made from local ingredients, and just two miles away is the stunning St. Michael's Mount, which dominates the bay. Penzance, just down the road, serves as a jumping-off point to some of West Cornwall's most breath-taking sights, such as the world-famous Minack Theatre, Land's End, and sea and air connections to the Isles of Scilly.
