Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer, and entertainment there are two Smart TVs, a TV, and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking and a rear patio with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen is included in the rent but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles and a beach within 0.7 miles. One small well behaved pet welcome. Westbourne House is a fabulous property for a seaside escape with loved ones. Scarborough, a Victorian coastal town, has many of its original buildings, parks, and gardens, as well as its ancient castle. North Bay and South Bay have gorgeous golden sand beaches popular with families. There are various kid-friendly activities and adult attractions like the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa, and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Scarborough is an excellent place for outdoor activities, including golf facilities, seaside walks along the Cleveland Way, gorgeous yachting, and championship-quality surfing.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
