There is one mezzanine-style super-king-size bedroom along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a shared front patio, a communal outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tubs and sauna, and a children’s play area, as well as off-road parking. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a shop, and please note that one well behaved dog is allowed for an additional fee, additional dogs by prior arrangement with the owner and for an additional fee and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Mawnan is the idyllic spot to relish a couples’ retreat to Cornwall. Note: Outdoor swimming pool is open from the start of April to the end of September, the hot tubs and sauna are open all year round, daily opening hours apply. Being one of the oldest market towns in Cornwall, Penryn is a delightful port with a rich history of harbour architecture and lovely granite houses that steeply cascade along the cobbled lanes down to the sea. In addition to a free museum and the serene Enys Gardens on the town's outskirts, which offer a variety of grounds and a pleasant retreat, the town has a good selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars. One mile from the shore, just one mile along the Penryn River, is the renowned seaport of Falmouth, which offers a variety of entertainment options, including lively town centres, magnificent Blue Flag beaches, and pubs and restaurants with harbour views. Visit Pendennis Castle, a beautiful Tudor fortress with a great location looking out to sea, or the National Maritime Museum for a taste of Cornwall's seafaring past. Penryn is the ideal base from which to explore all of Cornwall's attractions because you don't need to travel far to find its many sights, delights, and breathtaking coastline.
