The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, and a ground-floor double with en-suite. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, decking, several patio areas, furniture, a private driveway for one car, and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi. fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles and a pub in 1.8 miles. Vintner's Cottage is a delightful base for exploring Norfolk. Note: Please be aware that the stairs are steep and narrow, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are steps throughout the property. Note: There is limited headroom in places. Note: The ground-floor bedroom is accessed via the en-suite.

On the edge of The Broads in Norfolk, East Anglia, a charming former coastal village can be found on the banks of the River Yare. A limited number of amenities are available in Reedham, including a few fantastic, well regarded riverside pub/restaurants. The 19th-century, Grade II* Polkey's Mill is also located there. There is something for everyone close by in this magnificent region of England, including the charming city of Norwich, the breath-taking Broads, and the Mid-Yare National Nature Reserve for those outdoor enthusiasts. A little further away are the well-liked seaside towns of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, both of which provide a variety of amenities, beautiful beaches, and plenty of entertainment.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
