Please note: from September 2025 Friday check-ins cannot be accommodated. There is a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with gas fire and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture, a shed with a fridge/freezer and roadside parking. Wifi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Darwen is an idyllic character cottage for families and friends.

The Cannock Chase AONB and the city of Stafford are easily accessible from this lovely village and civil parish, which is situated in Staffordshire not far from Rugeley. There are plenty of stores, bars, and eateries in Abbots Bromley, along with a village hall, a cricket field, and a playground for kids. You may take beautiful walks around the Blithfield Reservoir, at the nearby natural reserve of Brankley Pastures, at Fradley Pool, and in the nearby historic forest of Needwood Forest.
