Little Corby Hill, tucked away on the outskirts of Carlisle, is a charming little community. The Otter Inn pub (dog friendly), butchers, Co-op, Sally's tea room, and doctor's practise are all located in this quaint Cumbrian community, so you'll have all you need for a week-long vacation. The settlement sits on the banks of the River Eden, which flows across open moorland and provides excellent fishing opportunities. Carlisle, a city with more services and attractions, including a 12th-century castle, is just a short drive away. There are three golf courses in the area where you can play your preferred style of golf. Walby Farm Park, Hadrian's Wall, and Talkin Tarn, which provide excellent hiking opportunities, are just a few of the nearby attractions. To name just a few nearby attractions, there's the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Lake District National Park. The beautiful town of Corby Hill is an ideal starting point for further explorations in Cumbria.

Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.
