The living areas in this semi-detached bungalow consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge and dining room/conservatory with seating for four, a cloakroom room with washing machine, freezer, basin and WC and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a double serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed, rear garden with lawn and patio. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 1.1 miles a pub and 1.6 miles a beach. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cubert is located on the coast between the stunning surfing paradise of Newquay and the picture-perfect seaside city of Perranporth; both are fantastic day-trip options thanks to the variety of attractions and activities available in each, as well as their unique personalities. Go inland to the magnificent city of Truro, which is home to a wide variety of top-notch entertainment options.
