The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with zip/link beds (can be twins on request) and a single, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard and roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. 63 Wolviston Road is well-positioned for a family break to Durham. Note: Dogs must be kept downstairs.
