The open-plan living area has a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a breakfast bar for two, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, along with a utility with fridge/freezer and washing machine. To the front, there is a patio with furniture and fire pit, and off-road parking for two cars, as well as a garden with furniture to the rear.
