The Bothy

The Bothy is a single-storey lodge near Leek, Staffordshire. The accommodation consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with woodburning stove, and a utility. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. There are two bedrooms, including 1 x double and 1 x triple bunk, serviced by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Central heating keeps the lodge warm, while entertainment is provided by a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen is included, however guests are required to provide their own towels. Outside, there is decking with furniture and a hot tub, offering space to relax and enjoy the lakeside setting. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars, although it is very tight, so please take care when manoeuvring. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. A shop is 3.4 miles away, a pub is 3.3 miles away, and the lake is 0.1 miles away, where guests can enjoy swimming in the water. The Bothy offers a lakeside lodge stay with hot tub relaxation and open-plan living for guests wanting a waterside break in Staffordshire. Note: Steps lead down to the property and it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 250GBP.
