The living area includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area for four and a sitting room with Smart TV in living room and main bedroom. The bedrooms include a triple bunk with double and single along with a double, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Note: The main bedroom has a Smart TV. To the outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed patio with furniture. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and within 2 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Highchair and travel cot available. Sorry, no smoking. Sawtons Cottage 1 is a magnificent escape to Devon, any time of year.

Dawlish is a seaside resort a couple of miles north east of the town of Dawlish. Here, you will find a stretch of sand situated the mouth of the River Exe on the Devon coastline known as the English Riviera. Within the resort you will find a selection of shops and pubs, as well as a a golf course and a 55-acre nature reserve. The beach is Blue Flag and is backed by sand dunes and small lakes.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
