This fabulous, first-floor apartment has two bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a shower room, an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, and a balcony. Appliances include, an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV with Sky, WiFi and games. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and a travel cot and highchair are provided. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile and a beach in 0.3 miles. 8 Morweth View is a stunning property with sea views in a fantastic holiday location. Downderry is a little beach town in southeast Cornwall. Downderry offers a sheltered beach, Post Office and shop, deli, clifftop pub, and outstanding local food restaurant. At low tide, you may walk from Downderry to Seaton, where there is a family-friendly south-facing beach and the Seaton Valley Countryside Park and Nature Reserve, which has otters and kingfishers and offers cycling and walking. The attractive working harbours of Looe and Polperro are a short drive away, and the South West Coast Path in this section of Cornwall leads to rocky bays, dramatic headlands, and shipwrecks and smugglers.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
