Set over three floors, this holiday home has nine bedrooms including a double with a balcony and en-suite, a double, a second-floor double, a second-floor double with en-suite, a twin with en-suite, a ground-floor twin, a single, a second-floor family room with a double and two singles with en-suite, and a second-floor family room with a double, a single and an en-suite. There’s also a bathroom and shower rooms, along with living areas including a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, a first-floor sitting room, and an office with a balcony. Appliances include an oven, gas hob, microwave and an American-style fridge/freezer, and for entertainment there is a. TV, WiFi, DVD player, and radio. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, but please note that no pets and no smoking is allowed. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile and a beach in 0.3 miles. Ryburn Lodge is a fantastic property for a group celebration, any time of year.

Bridlington is south of Scarborough and Filey on Yorkshire's east coast. Two award-winning golden sand beaches flank the ancient harbour. Beautiful promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to peaceful spots to people-watch. Bridlington's shops, attractions, restaurants, and historic 'Old Town' give a contrast to the beach, where the newest Dad's Army was filmed. The Bridlington Spa Theatre provides nighttime entertainment. East Riding Leisure Centre has a family pool and indoor activities. The Yorkshire Wolds, Filey, Scarborough, and Whitby, and the heritage coastline are further afield. Bempton's RSPB bird refuge, Sewerby Hall, Danes Dyke, and Flamborough Head are all nearby. Great for birdwatching, outdoor walks, and travel.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
