This first-floor apartment has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a table for four guests, a TV and a DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is restricted roadside parking, and a garage for one small car or bike storage. Within 0.5 miles, there is a shop, within 0.2, a pub, and within 0.9, a beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome, no cats. Please note, smoking is not permitted.
