This end-terrace cottage has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a dining table for four guests, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture, private parking for one car, and additional roadside parking. Within 0.5 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The cottage is situated on the roadside, please supervise children and pets at all times. Note: Narrow, steep and winding staircase, please take care. Note: Note: Turn right out of property, walk 30 meters on right and turn right down path that leads to the lake side. 1 Lake View is a traditional, end-terrace cottage to explore the Lake District with your loved ones.

Coniston Old Man, Wetherlam, and Grizedale Forest offer great walking, biking, and climbing. The quiet lake is ideal for dinghy sailing and canoeing, while the less active can enjoy a cruise on the steam yacht 'Gondola' or visit Brantwood, John Ruskin's former home. Hawkshead, home to the Beatrix Potter Gallery, Tarn Hows, a popular beauty spot, and Esthwaite Water are nearby. A top destination year-round.
