Beachside

The living areas in the reverse-level holiday home consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with total seating for eight people, and a sitting area with a TV and DVD player, and access to a balcony. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a double, twin and single, along with two ground-floor shower rooms and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear lawn with decking, barbecue and furniture, as well as private parking for four cars. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.5, a beach. A coastal holiday is waiting to be enjoyed at Beachside. Note: Check-in is from 4:30pm, check-out by 9am.

Polzeath, a seaside resort with a sandy beach backed by rock pools, is regarded as one of the top surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath features a variety of small businesses, cafés, and restaurants, as well as access to the South West Coastal Path. Wadebridge, a prominent market town nestled alongside the River Camel with a variety of shops, pubs, and eateries, as well as North Cornwall's sole family-owned cinema, is little over seven miles away.
