This reverse-level, detached cottage has a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, combi microwave/oven and fridge, a dining area for two, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The ground floor hosts a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV, bathroom and washing machine. Outside, there is a front gravelled garden with patio and furniture, shared grounds with a pond, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however, smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburner, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pelynt is a picturesque settlement in the beautiful county of Cornwall that gets its name from the Cornish word 'pluw,' which means parish. Pelynt, surrounded by lovely scenery and within reach of the great Bodmin Moor, is less than four miles from the large fishing port town of Looe and the delightful shores of the Polperro Heritage Coast. The community has a local convenience store and a SPAR, as well as a pub, the Jubilee Inn, where you can get everything you need for your self-catering stay.
