The living space includes a kitchen/diner housing a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms include a king-size, double, twin, bunk serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a lawned garden patio with furniture. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, within 0.5 miles there is a pub and within 1.4 miles there is a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. This property accepts two well-behaved pets, however smoking is not accepted. Samphire provides a splendid escape, whatever time of year.

Rock is an attractive coastal village on the north eastern bank of the River Camel, directly across from the famed port town of Padstow, which is easily accessible via a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities, with top-notch restaurants and boutiques, the true lure is the variety of watersports available, such as sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, and angling. Keeping with the athletic motif, the neighbouring St Enodoc golf course is regarded as one of the best in the country. It's easy to see why Rock is so popular, with so many world-class beaches all within a short distance.
