There are three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twins, along with a bathroom. To the rear, there is an enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, outdoor tap and storage, and to the front, off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, there is a shop and pub, and within 0.1, a beach. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome; however, this is a non-smoking property. Trusthorpe is a small seaside village near Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire.
