There is also a utility with a washing machine and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with a TV, a double with a TV and another two double bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden, fully enclosed, with furniture, hot tub and a barbecue and off-road parking for four cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and within 1.2 miles, a pub. For a rural escape to North Wales, choose Nant House. Please note: There is a steep cliff next to the property.

The settlements of Cefn-y-Bedd, Llay, Brynteg, and Pentre Broughton surround the urban village of Gwersyllt, which is located just outside of Wrexham. Wheatsheaf Inn, a welcoming pub where you can try local ales, or Wing Hing, a Chinese takeaway in the comfort of your holiday home, are both good places to soak up the culture. Home Bargains and a well-stocked convenience shop are available for essentials, while high street stores may be found in Wrexham's downtown area. Alyn Waters Country Park, located just outside of the hamlet, offers a variety of scenic trails as well as the old ruins of Caergwrle Castle, where you may immerse yourself in the past.
