The open-plan living area includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV with Netflix. The bedrooms include a double with TV and a 4ft double, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a patio garden with seating and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles there is a shop and beach, while there is a pub within 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome however smoking is not allowed. Charlestown Cottage is a splendid escape to Cornwall, whatever time of year.

Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII and situated on its own peninsula with spectacular panoramic sea views, is Falmouth's most popular attraction. The lovely village of St Mawes is located across Falmouth bay, surrounded by the Roseland Peninsula's rocky coves, sandy beaches, and lush green countryside. You can drive (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth to get there (15 minutes). The Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a diversity of fauna, is a must-see for nature lovers. A golf course is also available. Falmouth is guaranteed to entice you back time and time again with its diverse environment and attractions for people of all ages.
