The living areas in this semi-detached, three-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and Siemens coffee machine and a living/dining room with dining seating for six, a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two double, a second-floor twin and a bunk room, and there is a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars with an electric car charging point and an enclosed multi-level terrace garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for woodburning stove are all included in the rental price. For your local conveniences, there is a shop within 0.3 miles and a pub within 0.2 miles. This property accepts two well-behaved pets, however, smoking is not permitted. A group retreat to North Wales awaits at Stoneycroft. Note: There is a single step on the ground-floor leading from the kitchen to the cloakroom. Note: Check-in is from 6pm, check-out by 10am.
