87 Columbus Ravine consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, a dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, two doubles and a single, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking with permit discs. Two well-behaved pets welcomed but must be kept downstairs. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Please note the property can only accept Monday or Friday check ins for the property. Please note - we can only accept checks ins on Monday over the Christmas and New Year period.
