The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher, dining seating for two, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside there is a small rear patio with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking. One well-behaved, small, dog welcome. Within 3.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Goathland, a picturesque village nestled in the North York Moors National Park, is located just beyond the park's northern boundary. Around it, the untamed broad moorlands offer wonderful hiking and sheep-herding opportunities. The television show Heartbeat has made the village a household name. The North York Moors Steam Railway station is located near the bottom of the settlement. Travel to Whitby or Pickering by train and take in the scenery as it snakes its way over moorland. With Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hood's Bay, and Scarborough all within reasonable driving distance, Goathland is an ideal location for a family vacation.
