The Olju

This pod consists of an open-plan living space with ktichen equipped with oven, hob and fridge, a dining area for two and a sitting area with sofa bed and TV. There is one mezzanine bedroom with a king-size double and a mezzanine bedroom with two singles serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a front garden with hot tub and parking is available. Within 1.2 miles there is a shop and a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note: From 1st April 2026, the property will accept a minimum of 3 night stays. The Olju is an beautiful setting for a romantic retreat in Cornwall.

Located between Redruth and Penryn, Ponsanooth is a quaint village in Cornwall. The Stag Hunt Inn and Ponsanooth Village Stores, which are both well-stocked, are among the village's many attractions, as are the nearby Kennall Vale Nature Reserve and Dynamite Valley Brewing, both of which serve local ales. If you're still interested in dining in Penryn, the Verdant Brewing Co. Brewery & Taproom and Penryn Museum are both located here, as are Muddy Beach, Bagno Kitchen, and The New Inn. Those who travel to Falmouth will find an expanded selection of attractions and services, such as Seaview Inn and The Boathouse Pub & Restaurant in Falmouth as well as the National Maritime Museum in St. Ives as well as the Swanvale Nature Reserve and ferry trips to St. Mawes, which are all located outside of Falmouth.
