The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a Smart TV with Netflix and an electric fire, and a utility with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, a king-size with a TV and an en-suite shower room, along with a double with a TV and Jack-and-Jill access to the shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed side patio with furniture and storage. There is additionally a sofa bed on the landing. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome here, however no smoking is permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A sumptuous stay awaits at 1 The Coach House. Elgin is the administrative centre of Morayshire and a tourist destination in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The town has developed and prospered along the banks of the River Lossie, and it features majestic stone structures and, of course, the famous cathedral, which goes back to the 13th century.
