The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size with TV and a twin bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared courtyard and a private lawn with furniture, a shared hot tub that must be booked via owner for an extra fee, as well as off-road parking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, smoking is not allowed. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and within 0.6 miles, a pub. The Pine offers a blissful escape, not far from the coast. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - not to be left unattended and a charge of £30 per dog payable in cash upon arrival.

Four miles separate Burgh le Marsh, a charming beach village, from Skegness, a bustling seaport. A butcher's shop, a baker's shop, and a store are all available in Burgh le Marsh. Perched on a hilltop are a stunning old windmill and an ancient church. Some of the historic buildings have been converted into teahouses and restaurants. To go to Louth, Lincoln, and the seaside, it has an excellent road network.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
