The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining room with dining seating for two people, and a sitting room with Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and off-road parking for one car with electric car charging point. One well behaved dog welcome. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
