The living areas in the detached cottage consist of a kitchen hosting a range cooker with double electric ovens and a hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for six, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with Smart TVs and a single with a trundle bed, along with a shower room. 4 well behaved dogs welcome, dog treats, box of toys and balls availableOutside, there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture and an outdoor woodburning stove, along with off-road parking for one car with further on-street parking nearby. Within 0.1 mile, you'll find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub. Please note that this property prohibits smoking. Silkstone is a picturesque village nestled in the Pennine foothills of South Yorkshire, between both the market towns of Barnsley and Penistone.
