Trewartha is a spectacular, detached house resting in Praa Sands, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with Smart TV and Juliet balcony, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin (single bed and single sofa bed), along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. Highchair and travel cot available on request. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Two well behaved dogs welcome, please do not let dogs upsstiars Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, and an enclosed, multi-level garden with furniture and a barbecue. Trewartha offers incredible sea views in a bright and airy property with a fabulous garden for hosting alfresco dinners. Property is decorated for Christmas bookings.

The village of Praa Sands sits on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach – the perfect spot for lunch with a view or sunset drinks. Praa Sands is also home to a Golf and Country Club, from where the most wonderful sea vista can be enjoyed whilst you play. Just inland from the beach is Pengersick Castle, the tower of which dates back to the 16th century.
