There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The bathroom features a free-standing bath, a handheld shower, a basin, and a WC. There is also a shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, electric oven, halogen hob, AGA, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining room. The sitting room has an open fire. Central heating is provided by oil, with an open fire in the sitting room. There is WiFi and a Smart TV. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for woodburning stoves and open fires are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for three cars, with additional parking available on the roadside. Large back garden with patio, log burners, grill, furniture, and lawn. We welcome two small, well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 2 miles away, and the nearest pub is 0.1 mile away. Please keep in mind that this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £350. Please keep dogs downstairs and in the kitchen at all times. Please be aware that the ceilings are low due to the age of the property; please exercise caution. Please be aware that there are two steps leading down into the double bedrooms; please use caution. The Small House is an idyllic dwelling for a refreshing break with loved ones in the Cotswolds.

There are more than 100 Grade II or higher listed buildings in the ancient village of Bourton on the Water in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bourton-on-the-Water is renowned as the Venice of the Cotswolds because of its charming high street that runs across the River Windrush and several low stone bridges that cross it. An annual football game is said to be played in the River Windrush throughout the summer, with its banks packed with fans, with the purpose of scoring as many goals as possible while also getting as soaked as possible!

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
