The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with Rangemaster with electric oven and hob, grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating, a living/dining room with dining seating for 10, a Smart TV, a woodburning stove and a laundry/drying room with tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor super-king-size with zip/link, a family room with super-king-size with zip/link and a single day bed and en-suite cloakroom and a family room with super-king-size with zip/link and a single, along with a ground-floor wet room and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, lockable bike storage and ample off-road parking. A highchair and stairgate are available, as well as a cot which available on request. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. There is ground level step-free access available via patio doors on request for those with limited mobility and there are two optional fold away beds available. This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Pets are not allowed upstairs or on soft furnishings and as there are farmyard animals in the immediate vicinity, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead. With its various indoor and outdoor markets, spectacular castle, and museums, the ancient market town of Abergavenny, known as the "Gateway to Wales," is set between the "seven hills" and has something for everyone.
