Please note, this is a pet-friendly, but non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, please bring your own towels for the hot tub. Between the cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh, in Scotland's Central Lowlands, sits the lively town of Falkirk. In addition to hosting famous tourist destinations like The Kelpies, The Falkirk Wheel, and the Rosebank Distillery, the town is best known for hosting a number of historical battles, including the Battle of Falkirk and the Battle of Falkirk Muir, in which Scottish hero William Wallace was killed in the former. The Croft & Creel and Café Corvina are two places to eat, and Morrisons and the M&S Food Hall are both great places to stock up on necessities. A short journey from the town will take you to Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, which is known for its historic sites like Edinburgh Castle and the National Monument of Scotland as well as its vibrant neighbourhoods of New Town and the Royal Mile.
