The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a sitting area with TV and Freeview, a dining table with seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed lawned garden and patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.2 miles you will find a shop and pub. Pets are welcome however smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Red Deer Cottage is a tranquil retreat for a family looking to explore Exmoor and Somerset. Please note, the garden is not fully enclosed.

This village has everything you could possibly need, including a traditional Post Office with a well-stocked community store and a bustling local bar. Minehead, Dulverton, Watchet, and Porlock are all within easy touring distance and provide wonderful family days out. Exford is at the centre of a walkers paradise and offers many miles of waymarked paths along rivers and through valleys.
