Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with a lawned area, gravelled area, patio, lockable bike storage and furniture, along with parking. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 2.7, a beach. Please note that smoking is prohibited. Whitby is a popular coastal resort town - a place where you can enjoy both a variety of attractions and a stretch of beautiful sandy beaches. Start your visit to Whitby with a stroll around the centre. You'll find plenty to see and do, from admiring the 199 Steps to shopping at the Whitby Seaside Emporium. There are also plenty of places to dine at, from traditional pubs to seaside cafes. If you're interested in the history of Whitby, you should check out the the iconic ruins of Whitby Abbey.
