This all-ground-floor property contains two bedrooms, including a king-size with basin and a twin, alongside a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Heating is night storage heating and the kitchen contains an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV and Wifi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in rent. Outside there is off-road parking and a communal garden. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles away, whilst the beach is 0.3 miles away. Note: Garden is not fully enclosed.
