Fence House, consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric Esse with oven and hob, microwave, Miele fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a cinema with a gas fire and a conservatory/dining area with seating for eight people. The bedrooms consist of a family room with two bunks, two king-size bed with en-suite bathroom, a king-size, a double with en-suite shower room, a double, and a single, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed lawn with patio, hot tub, sauna, play area, outside shower, an outdoor games cabin with 2 x pool tables, table football, bar and juke box. Within 1.2 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 0.7, a pub. One well-behaved pet is allowed, but smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost.
