Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor double with TV and en-suite shower room, a double with TV, a ground-floor twin with TV, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to 8 guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and a separate sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking, a garden with furniture and a terraced garden with furniture. Woodlands Close is the perfect base for your next group celebration to the coast. Note: The Hot Tub is optional in the winter months (November to March) and can be hired at an additional cost of £200 but use of the Hot Tub is £150 between April and October.
The delightful town of Padstow is perfectly positioned on the north coast of Cornwall, on the west bank of the River Camel. The town homes a fantastic array of eateries, including quaint tea rooms and delicious takeaways, along with a selection of shops. Popular visitors attractions include Padstow Museum, displaying thrilling local history, and the 16th century manor house, Prideaux Place. The South West Coastal Path is within easy reach, along with a charming selection of golden sandy beaches.

Note: Trevone Beach is approx 25 mins walk from the property (includes 200m on a main road), or a 5 min drive. Harlyn Bay is also a 5 min drive away. Note: One of the twin rooms may be more comfortable for teenagers or children due to its smaller size.
