The rest of the cottage consists of a kitchen with sitting area and a cosy dining room. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private garden and shared use of gardens and a dog exercise area. There is also bike storage. Wagtail makes an ideal base for a couple looking to explore this lovely part of Devon.
Immersed in wonderful Devonshire countryside, Bradworthy is a large Devon village with a good choice of shops and pubs. The surrounding area provides scenic walking, particularly along the South West Coast Path, as well as fishing and watersports at nearby Tamar Lakes. Bude is well worth a visit with its family friendly beaches, rocky coves, golf course and restaurants. There is also attractions at the cliff-side village of Clovelly and bike riding on the Tarka Trail.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
