Cullen Bay, an inlet of the Moray Firth, is located in the Moray coastal town of Cullen, which was originally formed at the mouth of the Burn of Deskford. An 'inland' area from Seatown extends along one of Cullen's busiest thoroughfares and beneath a stunning viaduct, making up modern Cullen. A thick, creamy haddock soup called Cullen Skink is named after Cullen, despite the town's prosperity being based on textiles in the 18th-century. Elgin, Scotland's oldest city, is a short drive away from Cullen, which has a magnificent sandy beach and the famed Ice Cream Shop that many consider to be the best ice cream parlour in the country.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
