The living areas in the end-terrace, reverse-level property comprise a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six people and a sitting area with a TV, access to the furnished balcony and a woodburning stove. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite bathroom, a small double and a single with a pull-out bed, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is private mooring available on request. Within 2.1 miles, you'll find a shop, within 0.6, a pub, and within 0.1, a beach. This property allows one well-behaved pet, but will not allow smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A starter pack for the woodburning stove is also available. Choose Pier North for an excellent stay in Argyll and Bute. Note: The pull-out bed in the single room does not extend fully, but it can accommodate one person.
Kilmelford is a small Scottish settlement near the coast of Argyll and Bute. Kilmelford is a calm base for an expedition in this beautiful section of the Scottish countryside and coast, with a well-stocked general store, post office, and The Cuilfail Hotel, which has a café and pub. A neighbouring boat yard adjoins the magnificent waters of Loch Melfort, where visitors may enjoy sailing and fishing. The town of Oban is not far away, and hosts a fantastic range of attractions.
