Newly extended from a three bedroom, to a four bedroom property, as of March 2025. Pencoys is a cottage nestled in Mullion, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including two 4ft 6 doubles, 1 zip and link and a twin, along with two shower rooms and one cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen and a living with woodburning stove and a dining room in the converted annexe. To the outside is an enclosed lawn and terrace with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. Pencoys is a fabulous base for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: Access to the property is along a rural unadopted road - the speed limit is 5 mph and care should be taken as the road surface is uneven in places.

The peaceful village of Mullion rests on the south Cornish coast. A superb destination for those wanting to make the most of the British seaside, the village is home to Polurrian Beach and has access to the South West Coastal Path with its wealth of beaches and landmarks dotted throughout the trail. Visitors can enjoy delicious food with a pint at The Old Inn and Mounts Bay Inn, before grabbing their essentials from the convenience store and making the most out of the village's links to the Lizard Heritage Coast.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
