The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and slimline dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining seating for four and a Smart TV, an external shared utility with a washing machine, and an external shared games room with table tennis. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size and a twin, serviced by two shower rooms, one on the ground-floor. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking with EV charging point. A highchair, stairgate, and travel cot are available upon request. Within 0.8 miles, you will find both a shop and a pub, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and access to on-site facilities are all included in the price. Note: The owners live on site. Note: Guests will need to enquire if they wish to bring more than two pets

Between Sidmouth and Sidbury sits the picturesque village of Sidford. The village is well-known for its exceptional location within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It offers a good selection of attractions, including the Sidford Tennis Club and the River Sid, as well as dining options at The Rising Sun and Blue Ball Inn and a nearby convenience store. Other local attractions include the Sidford Tennis Club and the River Sid. Sidmouth, home to other sites such as Sidmouth Beach, Sidmouth Museum, Jacob's Ladder, Blackmore Gardens, and the Norman Lockyer Observatory, is conveniently close to the village.
