Swallow's Nest, a single-storey house, consists of a kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, and kettle, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and dining seating for six people. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, twin, and bunk bed. There is a bathroom with bath, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 2 miles, pub in 1.9 miles, and lake in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Enclosed dog exercise paddock. Secure bike storage area with metal security door and multipoint locking. Power is provided free for E-bike charging. Stunning views and doorstep access to the fells. EV charging available.
