The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight people and a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, two doubles and an adult bunk, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture and off-road parking for one car, with two additional spaces available at the graveyard nearby. Within, 2.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome at this property. Please be aware that the stairs leading up to the double in the wing of the house are quite steep, please take care. Neuadd Wen is a wonderful, historic dwelling for a getaway to North Wales.

Cerrigydrudion (sometimes spelled Cerrig-y-Drudion) is a small Welsh settlement located in the Conwy Valley in northern Wales. Ideally placed halfway between the lakeside resort of Bala and the picturesque Snowdonia National Park entrance, Cerrigydrudion is a great base for exploring the region. The nearby Brenig and Alwen lakes provide excellent walking, cycling, and wildlife viewing opportunities in this tranquil community. Within a short drive, the well-known tourist destinations of Betws-y-Coed and Bala provide an array of intriguing shops, inns and restaurants as well as a variety of outdoor sports, like as rafting and climbing.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Bannau Brychein (Brecon Beacons) National Park and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
