Nestled on the banks the Severn between Llanidloes and Newton, the village of Caersws is an idyllic holiday base. The village is home to a railway station, church and a shop, pubs, butchers and a post office, while just six miles away lies the market town of Newtown, home to a greater selection of amenities with many shops, pubs, museums and an art gallery. This scenic part of Mid Wales boasts many outdoor activities including walking, cycling and fishing among many other things.
