The Linhay is a semi-detached cottage resting in Sutcombe near Bradworthy in Devon. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and seating, while parking is available. The Linhay is a lovely romantic retreat surrounded by idyllic Devon landscapes.

Bradworthy is a charming village in the Devon countryside, home to a selection of local shops, a garage, and a pub which sells drink and food, whilst Tamar Lakes are perfect for fishing. Nearby holiday destinations just a short journey away include Bude beach resort, as well as a choice of beaches such as Sandy Mouth Bay Beach, Northcott Mouth Beach, and Summerleaze Beach. Whilst adventure spots such as the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail are ideal for nature lovers alike.
