Oakapple Cottage is an 18th century detached property set in the village of Lyndhurst in Hampshire. The property has four bedrooms, including a king-size, a double, a family room with triple bunk (double bed below and single on top) and pull out trundle bed, plus a twin, served by a family bathroom, together sleeping 9. The property also comprises a cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, sitting room, family room, conservatory and snug with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking available and a lawn garden to the rear. Oakapple Cottage is an idyllic setting for a getaway with loved ones to the south coast. Please note: The minimum duration of stay is 4 nights.

Lyndhurst is a village rich in history; frequently visited by Kings and Queens over centuries, due to its establishment as a royal hunting ground by William the Conqueror. Known as the capital of the New Forest National Park, it is a great base from which to explore the scenic landscape on foot or bicycle, as well as learning more about the history of the area at the heritage centre. Lyndhurst boasts quaint Tudor-style buildings and a host of friendly pubs, local shops and boutiques.

Lyndhurst shops are 0.6 mile to Lyndhurst and along a wide footpath which is within walking distance. Please note: Guests must depart on the 27th December that week with a minimum of 5 nights stay.
